I am immensely proud of the journey we have undertaken together. Meet the Founder
Mr. Al Francisco comes from a proud lineage of bricklayers, with the trade being passed down through three (3) generations. His career began in 1988 in the Philippines, where he honed his skills in refractory. Over the years, his expertise expanded internationally, working on major projects in Malaysia, Kuwait, Papua New Guinea, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates (Dubai), and Vietnam.
With unwavering dedication, hard work and strong commitment to excellence and quality for delivering superior refractory construction solutions led him to establish Alfran Refractory Builder and Structural Works, which has since evolved into AlFrancisco Refractory Construction Service — a trusted name in the refractory and structural construction industry.
Today, the company reflects Mr. Francisco's core values: integrity, quality, and a relentless pursuit of excellence in every project.

Expanded expertise globally, working on major projects in Malaysia, Kuwait, Papua New Guinea, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, and Vietnam.
Showcased expertise in refractory bricklaying in Bulacan industrial parks — earning referrals to larger facilities like Sta. Maria Industrial Park.
Entrusted with annual maintenance of sulfuric acid plants and re-bricking/repair of rotary furnaces for major lead producers.
Successfully completed the full re-bricking of a newly purchased rotary furnace in Malaysia.
Building on strong foundations in refractory, steel works, and structural fabrication — now expanding into cement plants, glass manufacturing, and mining operations.
